At GEENARDI, we ship our jewellery worldwide exclusively using Australia Post.

1. Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Standard and Express shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Order Processing: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after checkout.

• Free Standard Shipping: Free Standard Shipping automatically applies to your cart.

• Australia Post Standard: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days. Please allow extra time for regional areas and Western Australia (WA).

• Australia Post Express: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days for faster domestic delivery.

• International Shipping: International orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

2. Dispatch & Tracking

• Processing Time: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after checkout.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email so you can track your delivery.

3. Delivery Conditions

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. GEENARDI cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home when your parcel arrives, Australia Post or its overseas delivery partners may leave the package in a safe place or hold it at a local collection point.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@shopgeenardi.com. We will address the issue in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
